BNFF Divers at Ralston Invite
The Beatrice girls diving team competed in the Ralston diving invite on Saturday.
There were 24 competitors in the girls division. Diving for Beatrice was freshman, Paikea Olmer, Junior, Ava Snyder, and Junior, Lily Davis. Freshman Paikea Olmer, finished in 11th PI. with a personal best score. Junior, Lily Davis finished in 2nd Pl., and Junior, Ava Snyder finished in first place. These three divers are going to be fun to watch for the next few weeks as we head into the end of the season and getting ready for state. Both Ava and Lily have automatic qualifying scores for state, and we’re hoping to add a few more difficult dives to Paikea’s list to see if we can get her qualified also.

FPS Hosts Dental Clinic for K-2 Classes
Fairbury Public Schools had the opportunity to host a dental clinic for the K-2 classes. Public Health Solutions received a grant that made this possible. The Hastings Central Community College Dental Hygiene Students provided screenings and services at no cost! We’re excited to offer this again in the future. Please call Public Health Solutions for information regarding dental assistance for your child based on income and insurance.
