Name Brand VS Store Brand
As part of a unit on Product Concepts, Branding and Packaging, Principles of Marketing class analyzed a variety of name brand vs. store brand food products. Comparisons were made between packaging, appearance, price per unit, and of course, the taste of both brands. In Cola Wars, Pepsi dominated over Coca Cola. However, surprisingly, Sam’s Cola was identified as the preference over both Pepsi and Coca Cola. Students were surprised to find they preferred the store brand of various foods and typically could not identify the difference between name brand vs. store brand based on the taste.

Info Tech 2 Students Learn Skills and Create Smiles
Info Tech 2 students were given a creative challenge to design a placemat for a Preschool Valentine’s Day Party.
