JCH&L will be offering a COVID vaccine clinic on Friday, Aug. 27, for those who are 12 years old and older. A parent signature is required for anyone ages 18 and under.
Forms are available in the Jr-Sr. High office
This will be a 2-dose Pfizer vaccine with the second dose on Sept. 24.
