Plickers is a powerfully simple tool that lets teachers collect real-time formative assessment data without the need for student devices. The questions are projected on the board and students pick either answer A,B,C,D by holding their cards so that the answer they chose is on the top. The teacher then uses a device to scan the room and capture the students’ answers.
